2-year programme
- 4-6 different projects, each of 4-6 months duration.
- The first project will be ready and waiting for you from day one. You will not have direct influence on choosing this project, but it will relate to your educational background.
- After completing the first project, you will have great influence on deciding what the next projects should deal with. There are plenty of options and you are not restricted to stay within your educational ‘frame’ – you may challenge yourself in new areas.
- At least one of the projects is expected to be completed outside your home country.
Personal learning coach through the entire programme
- When you start the programme you are assigned a learning coach who will support you during the programme. Your learning coach will give you feedback and advice in your professional and personal development in the programme.
Guidance and coaching during each project
- In each project, the project owner will provide coaching and guidance on a daily basis.
- Your learning coach gives overall guidance whereas the project owner provides specific guidance to the project in progress.
Cultural and personal awareness
- Danfoss is present worldwide, which creates great opportunities for cross-cultural work and personal experiences.
Learning
- During the program we will focus on your learning and development. Both in the projects you are working on, but also by participating in virtual project teams, seminars, training, etc., supporting your learning and performance.
Salary
- The salary is a competitive job salary aligned with the local salary level.
